How do I return my order?

For any reason, you may return your order to KKClothing within two weeks of the purchase date by visiting the return page. Please review the terms and conditions on our returns page for additional information about returning goods. 

How do I exchange my order?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange goods, we ask that you simply place a new order for the replacement goods and visit the return page  within two weeks of your original purchase to return the goods you would like to return.

How do I cancel or change my order?

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit the return page to initiate a return if you wish to return goods. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.

How long will it take to get my order?

If you are in the United States, the estimated delivery time are 2-5 business days.

For international shipping, the estimated is 7-21 days depending on where you are located. For instance, someone living in Canada or Mexico will receive his order faster than someone living in France or Italy.

You can track your package on USPS by entering the tracking number that you will receive when your order is completed.

How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, click here and insert the tracking number that you received by e-mail.

Do I have to pay for shipping when I order?

If you are located in the United States, we offer FREE shipping on ALL items.

International shipping is $7 for ALL items.

What countries do you ship to? 

We are only able at the moment to offer international shipping to approximatively 45 countries. You can view the list here .

Also, you can view the list of the countries that we can ship to when you place an order.

What if I order something and it is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, it will appear on the website. You won't be able to purchase an item if the item is out of stock. 

Can I track my package for International shipping? 

Yes, similarly to the US, you will have to enter your tracking number information that you will receive when ordering an item. 

Is there a minimum order size?

We do not have a minimum order size.

How do I wash the item?

 How can I make sure that the item that I order will fit me?

Can I pay in my currency? 

If you are located outside of the US, you can select the prices in your currency but you will be charged in USD. 

Do you have a physical store?

We currently do not have a physical store. We will expand the online store to a physical store in the near future.
